Code of Conduct

Participants of the changeXchange have a right to:

  1. Be treated fairly, equally and with respect by other members of the community.

  2. Contribute and socialise in an environment free from all forms of harassment and discrimination.

  3. Privacy and confidentiality concerning records, documentation and any other communication containing your personal information, unless consent is otherwise provided.

  4. Be informed and actively be involved in all events and offerings.

Participants must:

  1. Treat other members of the community fairly, equally, and with respect and courtesy.

  2. Behave responsibly and ensure you conduct yourself in a manner which upholds the reputation of the community.

  3. Not physically or verbally harass other community members.

  4. Not engage in criticism of other community members on social media, whether changeXchange sponsored or not, or make repeated criticism of our community.

  5. Report any inappropriate behaviour to one of the organisers, for action and follow up.

  6. Abide by and uphold this Code of Conduct.

Breaches of this Code of Conduct:

  1. Any community member not behaving in accordance with the terms of this Code of Conduct may be asked to leave, and have their access withdrawn.

Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions of use protect all parties in the use of this website. We have summarised the intent of each section in italics below for easy reading.

Pike Squared Limited, a company limited by guarantee and registered in England company number 11638739 and operating as The Change Wizard (‘changeXchange) or (‘Community’) owns, manages and maintains this website and community workspace ('Website'). 

Use of the Website

You agree to only use the Website in accordance with this terms and conditions of use policy and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with this terms and conditions of use policy you should not use the Website.

Certain areas of the Website can only be accessed by current community members of changeXchange. If you are not a member, or if your membership expires, lapses or otherwise ends, you will not be able to access these areas.

Community members should not allow their membership details to be passed to any third parties in order to allow them unauthorised access to members’ only areas or members’ only services available on the Website. Members failing to observe this requirement may place their membership at risk.

If deemed unenforceable, our limit of liability remains in place, as much as it can be.

Nothing in this terms and conditions of use policy shall exclude or limit changeXchange's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or Porsche Club GB's liability for fraud.

We retain an obligation to not act in a negligent way.

Organsiers and officials of changeXchange are often requested by community members to provide information on matters relating to change. Such information, advice and assistance is given in good faith and is based on the personal experience and knowledge of the individual concerned.

Neither changeXchange, nor any member of the community, shall be under any liability in respect of any such information, advice or assistance given to community members.

Advice is given in good faith and is based on personal experience and knowledge. Members are advised to consult qualified specialists.

Disclaimer of warranty

Separate terms and conditions may apply to certain products, services and materials available through the Website. If this is the case these will be brought to your attention.

We take privacy very seriously and will never share your details with third parties, without your permission.
